About me

I’m Ceren — a psychologist, researcher, and facilitator. I help people and organizations understand diversity, inclusion, and belonging by designing projects, developing partnerships, and creating programs that turn research into practical tools, workshops, and guidance. My goal is to support well-being in individuals, and a sense of belonging in workplaces, schools, and communities.
I’m a registered member of the Dutch Institute of Psychologists and a certified cognitive behavioral therapy practitioner, with a PhD in psychology from the University of Amsterdam. My research focuses on how the environments we live and work in can be better designed to meet our needs. I have extensive experience in culturally diverse settings and a deep understanding of how systems of oppression — including racism, ableism, and heteronormativity — affect belonging and mental health, particularly for people with multiple marginalized identities.
Through Diversity Dive, I offer research, training, and consulting that highlight the richness of human identity across cultures. Neuro Dive is my counseling and coaching space for ADHD and neurodivergent minds — a place to explore focus, energy, and self-acceptance with practical tools and compassionate support.

Hi, I’m Ceren

The person behind Diversity Dive and Neuro Dive.

I’m passionate about exploring what makes each of us unique — whether it’s our culture, identity, or the way our brains work. I support individuals and organizations in understanding diversity, inclusion, and neurodiversity with empathy and insight.
I’m a registered member of the Dutch Institute of Psychologists and a certified cognitive behavioral therapist with a PhD in psychology from the University of Amsterdam. Through Diversity Dive, I offer research, training, consulting, and storytelling that highlight the richness of human identity across cultures. Neuro Dive is my counseling and coaching space dedicated to ADHD and neurodivergent minds — a place to explore focus, energy, and self-acceptance through practical tools and compassionate support.
When I’m not working, I love climbing, hiking, spending time outdoors, and salsa dancing. I’m here to support you, whether you’re interested in diving into identity or navigating neurodiversity.
