Evidence-Based tools to build
a culture of belonging

Understanding and embracing all the different parts of who we are — from culture and migration background to gender, sexuality, and different abilities — takes awareness, reflection, and action.

Through Diversity Dive, I base my practice on the latest psychological research, using evidence-based tools and insights to explore how our identities and environments shape our lives, and to create practical strategies and conversations that help make spaces more inclusive.

Research shows that inclusive practices like these can increase a sense of belonging, improve motivation and engagement, and even boost academic and workplace outcomes by 20–30%, showing that fostering inclusion benefits everyone.

Research that drives inclusion and belonging.

Training & consulting for truly inclusive spaces.

Given the fact that we are working with people from various cultures the intercultural communication training was really important! It gave me a glimpse of how perceptions may differ between individuals that are from different cultures. I would 100% recommend this training to my colleagues and friends.

Project Support Manager – IOM, UN Migration

Ceren was extremely understanding and respectful. She was able to create a safe space and to ensure an environment in which people felt free to open their hearts and minds. To openly speak and face the biased views that they (unconsciously) incorporated throughout their lifetime. Even though this entails feelings of shame, discomfort, frustration and/or sadness. Thank you for that Ceren!

It was one of the most insightful and valuable workshops I have ever attended. The space the workshop created felt very open and safe.

A lot of knowledge and information on the subject. She was able to create an environment that made it very welcoming for everyone to share their thoughts and experiences, she asked the right questions and was very open and understanding when we told us some of our worries at the beginning of the first workshop.

It was very informative to hear about “why” behind diversity in teams.

I was impressed by how you handled critical questions. You really created an open space where everyone can speak up. Practice what you preach so to say. Well done!
